If something went wrong during a show, email us and attach the Show Log: it records the versions of StageDAW, your OS and your DAW, and a structured log of what happened, which tells us more than a description can.
The log can be found through StageDAW (Options ▸ Setup ▸ Show Log in Finder/Explorer). It holds the versions of StageDAW, your OS and your DAW, and a report of recent commands that were run via StageDAW. It does not include any of your Song names, Notes or Cues — only the name of the Show file.
